
There's a molding cavity on each side of the plastic plate bracket to drill 2 holes (one above the other) into on each side to put the zip ties through ( You will want the zip tie heads to be in the cavity so the plate sits flush). I'm sure once you take your plastic factory bracket and turn it upside down, you'll see that it still fits perfectly on the bumper, just in a slightly different height and see what I am referring to.
